Babies from birth through toddling are invited to join. Please bring a blanket for your baby to chill out on, but don’t worry if you need to feed, comfort, or hold your little one. We will have a sitter available to help entertain the movers.

Think of the roller as another prop, along with your friendly straps and blocks. This class is great for runners, bikers and anyone who might feel that their hamstrings are always tight -- everybody!

Discussion is generated by a facilitator and is geared towards the groups’ interests. Babies in this group range from newborns to beginning crawlers. Each excursion will include the featured meditation practice, light stretching, breathing exercises and guided deep relaxation. We'll meet at the studio at 3:45 and leave promptly at 4 to carpool, bus, metro or walk to our field trip location. June will be a Meditative Labyrinth Walk; July will be a Meditative Sensory Hike; and August will be a Mindful Eating Picnic. No yoga or meditation experience necessary. Please bring a yoga or exercise mat and clothing layers for the deep relaxation, and a Metro fare card.

Join us for an all-levels class that offers moms, dads and other caregivers a chance to share the yoga practice with a new baby. This class will help you rebuild strength, soothe the aches of parenthood, learn a little about the postpartum body and share in a community of new parents.

Babies from birth through toddling are invited to join. Please bring a blanket for your baby to chill out on, but don’t worry if you need to feed, comfort, or hold your little one. We will have a sitter available to help entertain the movers.

Are you a new parent looking for a place to meet other new parents in Mount Pleasant? Past Tense Parents is a group where you can bring your little one and connect with other parents of newborns and young infants. Weekly discussion topics include sleep (the babies and yours), feeding (breast and bottle), challenges, successes, resources, baby wearing options, favorite products and more. Discussion is generated by a facilitator and is geared towards the groups’ interests. Babies in this group range from newborns to beginning crawlers. Babies are, of course, welcome, but not necessary for attendance.
